Vermeer 605S Premium Baler

Maximize capacity and feeding consistency with a cammed pickup that actively controls crop flow for smoother intake and reliable performance in heavy or variable crop conditions. Pack more hay into every bale with a density system that delivers tighter, heavier bales — reducing the number of bales you handle and helping preserve nutrition during storage. The rotor evenly feeds crop across the chamber to improve bale shape and maintain consistent capacity, especially in light or uneven windrows. Wrap every bale with confidence using a reliable mechanical netwrap system paired with a dual spiral spreader bar that keeps net spread evenly edge-to-edge.

The Atlas Pro control system puts bale stats and productivity data right in front of you, so you know exactly what’s happening in every field. Make on‑the‑go adjustments to density, bale shape and net wrap without leaving the seat. You’ll know if it’s too wet to bale with moisture sensors that deliver real-time and field-average moisture info through the Atlas Pro control system. Protect your baler and stay productive with TempSense, which monitors temperatures of high-stress bearings in real time and alerts you in the cab before problems turn into downtime or fires. Baling after dark? No problem. LED maintenance lights are located on each door and on the netwrap hood to help you perform routine maintenance.
