That committment begins with a team of highly-focused, Kubota and Vermeer-trained service technicians and a 10,000 sq ft shop. Can't bring your equipment in to our shop? No problem. We have fully-equipped service trucks ready to respond. And if it needs to come back to our shop, we have the ability to haul it in ourselves. We'll even bring it back to you! For warrantable repairs, our travel is subsidized by Kubota and Vermeer to keep your costs as low as possible. When we travel for warrantable repairs within our service area, we do not charge our customers for travel time.

Field Service

After-Hours

For urgent service needs outside of regular store hours, call or text 780-568-3416 and we'll do our best do get you back up and running in a timely manner.

Loaner Policy

You can't afford downtime. We get it. If your equipment is down for an extended period of time with a warrantable failure, we'll do our best to provide a loaner unit if necessary.

When you choose Grande Prairie Kubota to repair your Kubota equipment, replacement parts AND labor are covered for a period of 12 months. If the replacement parts fail within 12 months of the original repair, we'll replace them at no additional charge for parts or labor!
