WorkSmart Telematics is Kubota's telematics system for select Kubota models: it reports a machine's location, hours, fluid levels, temperatures and error codes to the myKubota app, and adds geofences and, on some models, restart inhibit. The myKubota app is free, with or without telematics: add your machines and you get their operator's manuals, maintenance schedules and guides, fault code lookup and your dealer's contact information.
The myKubota App
Download myKubota, create a free account and add your Kubota equipment, attachments and implements, by scanning the machine's QR code or entering its details. For each machine you get:
- The operator's manual, which you can save for offline use
- Compatible attachments and implements
- The maintenance schedule, and step-by-step maintenance guides on many models
- Fault code lookup
- Your dealer's details, so GPK is a tap away
Help with setup is on Kubota's myKubota support page.
WorkSmart Telematics
On supported machines, WorkSmart Telematics shows in myKubota:
- Location, engine hours, fluid levels and operating temperatures
- Geofences that alert you if a machine leaves an area
- Restart inhibit, on supported models
- Maintenance alerts before the interval arrives, and machine alerts that help you and GPK plan service
What each model supports is on Kubota's WorkSmart Telematics page.
Why It Matters
- Less downtime: look up a fault code before you call us.
- Better maintenance: see what's due, and when.
- Security: know where your machines are, and on supported models stop them from restarting.
