About the FSP1000
The FSP1000 is Land Pride's largest 3-point broadcast spreader, for tractors of 20 hp and up, on a Category 1 hitch. Its one-piece polyethylene hopper holds about 12 cubic feet, up to 673 lb, and a spinner driven from the 540 rpm PTO spreads granular material 23 to 54 feet wide at 44 to 890 lb an acre. The four-position distributor vanes and the orifice doors are stainless steel, a front shield keeps material from flying forward, and an agitator for light seed comes standard; it weighs about 139 lb.
