About this model
About the FDR2584
The FDR2584 is Land Pride's 84-inch rear-discharge grooming mower for compact tractors of up to 60 hp, on a Category 1 hitch with a floating, adjustable clevis, and it fits Land Pride's Quick Hitch. Three heat-treated alloy-steel blades run off the 540 rpm PTO through a cast-iron gearbox and a spring-loaded V-belt, the frame over the 3/16-inch deck keeps it from flexing, and the cutting height sets from 3/4 to 5-1/4 inches in half-inch steps. It rides on castered gauge wheels with semi-solid tires and weighs about 812 lb; low-lift, high-lift and mulching blades and a front roller are options.
