About the RTR0550
The RTR0550 is Land Pride's 50-inch reverse-rotation rotary tiller for subcompact tractors of up to 26 PTO hp, on a Category I hitch, and it fits Land Pride's Category I Quick Hitch. Seven flanges of four heat-treated C-shaped tines turn at 230 rpm against the direction of travel, burying residue as they work up a seedbed for gardens, lawns and landscaping, and the skid shoes, rear deflector and storage stands all adjust. The chain drive runs in an oil bath, the driveline has a shear bolt (a slip clutch is optional), and the tiller weighs about 298 lb.
